Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the LORD....Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose hope is the LORD....The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings. (Jeremiah 17:5,7,9,10)
For many years man has showed his rebellion by rejecting God in the governing of nations. He has believed himself to be superior to God and rejected interference in the civil government. Some countries have gone as far as to legislate rejection of God into their laws, denying Him, the Creator of the Universe and of mankind, any involvement in the civil government. The end result of this futile attitude sooner or later has always been the same; failure, destruction and death. The sad and unbelievable fact is that during the last century or so this has happened in nations fundamentally christian in their foundation. And even worse and more incomprehensible is the fact that many christian denominations, instead of rebuking this sin, have remained, indifferent, irrelevant and tolerant. And unhappily in some cases, churches have sponsored and participated in this sinful attitude.
Man, in his voracity for power, has tried just about everything, going back and forth from one extreme to the other blindly; the right, the center, the left, capitalism, socialism, communism. In every case exploitation, misery, insecurity, unhappiness and failure is the eventual result. He has not learned from his mistakes and has never been able to permanently solve the problems, blaming others for his mistakes and resorting to violence as a means to an end.
It is time that man understand that the only true change and transformation from poverty to prosperity and well-being will come when we submit ourselves to God and ask Him to forgive our sins, repent and start a new journey, a new way of life, doing things differently; doing the LORD's will and not our own. Let us get down on our knees and pray with sincerity the prayer that our LORD Jesus Christ taught us to say:
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (Matt. 6:8-13)

ACTIVISMO CRISTIANO

CHRISTIAN ACTIVISM.
A call for Service to make a difference and offer true Change.
The World Crisis. What do I do?
Questions:
*How did the world get into the mess it is today?
*What does our culture destruction has to do with the church?
*What role do I play as an individual Christian?
*How can I find my own ministry?
Statements:
*These are exciting and challenging times, times of opportunity to shine and be the salt and the light of the world.
*Our issue is not rescue but rather obedience.
*As our Creator, there are no human activities in which God is uninterested or uninvolved.
*When we are born we come to a battle field of good and evil.
*We come to the world not to do our own will but The Lord's will.
*We aren't getting out until our task is completed.
*God is not the source of the world's problems, it is disobedience.
*The Bible is our Creator's handbook.
*NOTHING can fall outside of God's spiritual laws. Science, Economics, Politics, Marriage, Birth and human life in general can only work properly as long as they are in obedience of God's laws.
*The more truly Christian a culture or nation is, the more it is moral, free, productive and civilized.
*Christian withdrawal brings decay, collapse, despair and death.
*Spiritual poverty and misery ends up in physical decay and death.
*Blessed is the man that fears the Lord.
*Cursed is the man that trusts another man
