WHY ARE WE IN THIS SITUATION?

Simply because this is the result of our behavior and our way of life.

If we want different results or outcome, we must change and do things differently. Otherwise we will never be able to obtain different results if we persist doing things the same way. Remember, each one of us represents our country with our behavior and way of life. Let's start by saying that the change will get started when each of us, individually, decide to change as it is easier to change ourself before we try to change others. Let's be transparent, accountable, reliable, and shine and glow so others can notice it and willingly decide to change themselves.

As humans born with a sinful nature, we cannot do it alone as it is beyond our natural ability. Only God alone is good (Psalm 14:1) all the time. We are good only when we derive goodness from God through His Holy Spirit.

What is the meaning of goodness? It is righteousness in action, moral purity, strict ethical behavior, kindness with strength, goodness in action, live a moral life, stand for justice and for truth, confront sin and injustice.

¿PORQUE ESTAMOS EN ESTA SITUACIÓN?

Sencillamente porque la triste situación imperante es el resultando de nuestro comportamiento y nuestra forma de vida.

Si deseamos una situación o un resultado diferente, tenemos que cambiar y hacer las cosas de diferente manera. De lo contrario nunca obtendremos resultados distintos si persistimos en el mismo comportamiento.

Recuerde, con nuestro comportamiento y forma de vida, cada uno de nosotros representa e identifica a nuestro país.

Inicialmente enfaticemos que el cambio se iniciará cuando usted decida cambiar. Es mas facil cambiar uno mismo antes de intentar cambiar a otras personas. Esforzémonos porque nuestro autocambio séa tal que los personas en nuestro entorno lo puedan notar. Seamos responsables, justos y transparentes. Convirtámonos en una luz resplandeciente y brillante para que al observarlo otros quieran seguir nuestro ejemplo.

Por nuestra naturaleza pecaminosa, por si solos no podemos hacer un radical cambio permanentemente pues está fuera de nuestras habilidades. Solo Dios es perfectamente bueno todo el tiempo (Psalmo 14,1). Nosotros somos buenos solamente cuando derivamos nuestra bondad de Dios, a travez del Espíritu Santo.

¿Que significa bondad? Rectitud (virtud) en acción, pureza moral, estricta ética, buenaventuranza en acción, vivir una vida moral, proclamar justicia y verdad y enfrentar el pecado y la injusticia.

¿Quiere mas?

VIRTUD, SABIDURIA, DICERNIMIENTO y SENTIDO COMUN

Cuando como individuos desarrollamos una continua relación personal con Dios, atravéz de su Hijo Jesucristo somos investidos e invigorados con Su Espiritu Santo. Conforme mas personas en una sociedad tienen ese nuevo nacimiento, Dios derrama sus bendiciones sobre ellos, sobresaliendo la Virtud, Sabiduría, Dicernimiento y Sentido Común. Con ese manto protector divino una nación cristiana desarrolla riqueza espiritual y material , prosperidad, felicidad y bienestar. Desafortunadamente conforme esa sociedad cristiana se desarrolla, satanás se esfuerza mas en tentarlos y enboscarlos plantando la semilla de desobediencia, pecado y destrucción.
En esas naciones, gozando de abundancia y bienestar el hombre principia a creér que merece todas esas bendiciones, se hace egoista, orgulloso y desafiante con Dios y lo rechaza. Conforme El Señor abandona y castiga esa nación, todas esas bendiciones desaparecen y sin ellas la Virtud, el Dicernimiento, la Sabiduría y el Sentido Común los abandona. Deut. 32,1-43
Esas naciones principian a deteriorarse y a autodestruirse. El hombre sin Dios queda solo a merced del pecado, tomando desiciones erroneas. El hombre sin Dios es capáz de cometer cualquiér pecado por mas horrible y destructivo que séa.
Es realmente lamentable ver a tantos preciosos países en el mundo autodestruirse por el hombre y aún mas triste es ver que muchas de estas sociedades fueron naciones cristianas y prósperas que rechazaron a Dios. Esa lamentable realidad nos hace preguntarnos que responsabilidad y culpa tenemos todos y cada uno de nosotros como discípulos de Jesucristo así como la iglesia cristiana en general como su representante en la tierra.
Debemos entender que nuestro Creador y Creador del universo está interesado en todos los aspectos en la vida y esferas de actividad del hombre en la tierra.

Bienaventurada la nación cuyo Dios es Jehová....Salmo 33,12

RIGHTEOUSNESS, WISDOM, DISCERNMENT AND COMMON SENSE

As we as individuals develop an ongoing, personal relationship with God, through His Son Jesus Christ, we are vested and empowered with the Holy Spirit. As more individuals in a society or a nation do this, our Lord showers us with blessings among which are righteousness, wisdom, discernment and common sense. Under that Godly cover, a Christian nation becomes free, spiritually and materially wealthy, progressive, fullfilled and prosperous as well as enjoying many other blessings. Unfortunately, as a Christian society prospers and enjoys that spiritually blessed condition, satan persitently tempts, ambushes and tries to plant the seed of evil, sin and destruction. As that society lives in abundance and well-being, people start taking blessings for granted, become proud and selfish, ignoring and rebelling against their creator, wrongly thinking that all these blessings are their right and their own creation, ignoring , rebelling and rejecting God. As the Lord is provoked to anger by a perverse generation, He hides His face from them (Deut. 32:1-43), blessings disappear and with them righteousness, wisdom, discernment and plain common sense. As the Spirit of God abandones them, the society starts decaying and self-destructing because men without God are on their own, making wrong decisions. Men without God are capable of anything including the most horrendous and destructive sins.
It is really sad to see so many once-prosperous societies in the world destroyed and trashed by ungodliness. It makes us wonder what role we as individuals and as the collective body of Christ have played in this tragedy.
We must understand that the Creator of the universe is fully interested in not only every aspect of mankind's life, but also in the restoration of the world as it is His "good" creation.

Blessed it the nation whose God is the Lord...Ps. 33:12
